The Cultural Concert was just great wasn't it? But it was great to get back into a routine and since then the children have been doing some interesting and creative work.
The Information posters they created of their country are hanging in the classroom now and have some interesting information.
The children have also created some amazing artwork, based on art by Raewyn Harris. The foot prints were designed to show the cultures their families were from, on a background of New Zealand Landscape. I think they made an amazing job.
Hope you all have a fun holidays and that the children are able to recharge their batteries for a busy and productive term three.
These look fantastic Room 8. I enjoyed reading about all the different countries. Well done.
